As many of you know we introduced a new dress this summer, The Sweet Pleats. This apparently is the most amazing dress ever! Over 2 yards of fabric this dress has a corseted top, full skirt and sweet pockets to bashfully put your hands in as you send someone a smile.
Anyway we sold out of this dress in a heartbeat but…..a few are back in action!
We did a limited run in a romantic rose print for modcloth and they just came out!
Palmer Cash also ordered some of these this spring and just released them online! So there’s a few watercolors available there.
And lastly we’ll be redoing the dress for the holidays in red, black and other limited edition fabrics. So if you’re in San Francisco pop by the shop and see what’s in!
If you were at the new location of the shop’s opening party then you saw the stunning work done by Madeline Born. She graced our store with flower arrangements that are not only gorgeous and perfectly suited for the shop but last a long time!! Bonus! Here are some photos.
We feel so honored to have these beautiful works of art in the shop and we are not the only ones who enjoy Madeline’s work. She will be doing the floral arrangements at Outerlands this weekend for a very special visit from Martha Stewart. How cool is that?!

We had a freakin’ blast at the art opening and new store unveiling last weekend! Lots of our favorite people made appearances and Jonas Reinhardt played an amazing set. Not only did the party goers get a peep at the new shop but they also got first dibs on the new designs! The lovely Lily from SF Station snapped some photos as well.

San Francisco indie clothing, t-shirt and housewares label Nooworks is on the move! After a successful year in their Western Addition mini-shop they have decided to up the ante and move to the mission taking over the coveted Jack Hanley Gallery space at 395 Valencia Street.
This summer will mark 6 years for Nooworks and the new space will provide a showcase for artist collaborations. With 17 feet high ceilings and 4 times the current space Nooworks will go beyond artist t-shirts and provide the entire space for artists to curate and show. The first event planned wil be a group show featuring artists who are in the current line: Audrey Erickson, Hannah Stouffer, Kelly Tunstall, Jay Howell and Nate Hooper. Each season Nooworks will feature a new artist collaboration in the space and release a limited edition product line ranging from apparel to housewares and as always manufactured here in California.
Also at the opening, Nooworks will be debuting their Parisian inspired womens collection featuring the most flattering Sweet Pleats dress and the sultry Lounge Singer dress in limited edition fabrics, as well as one of a kind mens, womens and kids t-shirts. Along with pillows and bags, some of which are available in the flagship store only.
Please join us on Saturday July 17th from 5-9pm for this exciting event! In celebration of the store opening and the first art show in the new Nooworks space, there will also be a live performance by San Francisco’s italo-synth disco favorite Jonas Reinhardt! We look forward to seeing you there!!

We spent last weekend in Austin listening to rock-and-roll and walking around in a Lone Star haze. Sunglasses were given away at the Panache party on Wednesday night but we were trolling around the city handing out freebies to babes all over the place.
